As the Lead Technical Designer for Cyber & Information Security for NATS the UK's leading provider of air traffic control services. I am responsible for leading and supporting the Security Architecture function in developing the information cyber security strategy and the associated design of technical services for NATS. Providing technical cyber leadership to a wide variety of non-direct reports in the design, operations and projects & programs.

Responsible for the safe and secure operation of NATS national aviation networks including converged data and voice for air traffic management. Managing highly available secure services to air traffic control centers, airports, radar and radio sites, remote digital towers, international partners including across Europe (Euro Control), America (FAA) and the public facing Internet.

My two main roles were Deputy Asset Design Authority (ADA) for the common network and security infrastructure.
