Nathan Gregory is the Vice President of Human Resources at Landmark and is responsible for the vision and implementation of all HR initiatives. He brings a background spanning over two decades in HR leadership, and has steered workforce initiatives across multiple sectors, both public and private. Nathan leads a team of HR professionals with a focus on the employee experience essential for ongoing expansion and sustained growth.Previously, Nathan was the Deputy Director of Human Resources for the City of Fort Worth, overseeing a workforce of seven thousand employees. He transformed HR into a high-functioning team with a private sector approach. Prior to that, Nathan was the Director of Human Resources at Mouser Electronics, a global distributor of electronic components. Under his guidance, Mouser experienced exponential growth and doubled the size of its workforce.Nathan has a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and two bachelor’s degrees in business administration and international business. He also holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
