• Work with over 80 dealerships to create and execute single day events to increase sales• Create POs and invoices• Assist Account Executives on large scale events and make sure that Assets and other Marketing materials are created and available• Travel to events to make sure everything runs smoothly

-Facilitate the Season Ticket & Group Sales department through sales service related activities.-Provide assistance with game day ticket sales in the BB&T Ballpark Ticket Office.-Finalize event details with existing groups by ensuring tickets are delivered in a timely manner and all gameday procedures are properly communicated. -Contribute to Team Store operations through inventory and sales of Knights merchandise.-Assisted the corporate partnership department in the activation of sposnsors assets as well as helped the department in the creation of “proof of performance” briefs for the season.-Assist the promotions team with on-field entertainment, fan engagement and giveaways.-Provide aid to Media Relations projects such as game statistics, photography and team content.-Gain understanding of BB&T Ballpark operations including crowd management and event logistics.-Handle fan inquiries and questions while gaining an understanding of essential customer service skills.

Greet and welcome customers to the store with enthusiasm.Explain product features and benefits, while addressing customer needs.Ring items on the cash register and either gift-wrap or package items to avoid breakage or damage.Receive, ticket, package, log and ship stock merchandise as assigned.Maintain displays and stock room through regular cleaning, straightening and dusting.Locate and check merchandise in the stock room by utilizing the stock locator.
