I am expert at building high performing teams to enable scaling of world class operations in a efficient, scalable and repeatable manner.Prior to my role at Sonder, I spent 8 years in the startup/scale up sector assisting business operations to scale regionally whilst delivering superior experiences and value to customers. Prior to this I spent 12 years with Australia's largest travel insurer, Cover-More Travel Insurance. I was responsible for the day to day operations of the insurance business with a focus on claims processing and customer services. This included creating aligned teams and process across the APAC region (Australia, New Zealand, China, India and Malaysia).After completing a MBA through Macquarie Graduate School of Management, I spent 5 years in the start-up space with Splend where I was responsible for building and scaling a business model which was then exported to new territories in Canada, Mexico and the UK.
