Carrying projects through their entire life cycle (inception to commissioning). Responsible for compiling an annual list of improvements needed at sites across the region, prioritizing, acquiring funding, and then taking the projects through to implementation. Worked to be nimble and flexible to align with company priorities and ensure the highest value was being achieved from the funding acquired.

Built a team consisting of several agents, two negotiators, and two virtual assistants with systems managing multiple marketing channels, lead qualification, and the various steps to execute a residential short sale successfully.Assisted homeowners underwater on their property execute a Short Sale of their property (negotiating with the lender to reduce the principle balance owed and secure an end buyer able to satisfy the lender's requirements) to minimize credit damage, avoid a foreclosure, and secure relocation assistance. Closed 18 transactions including one subject-to wholetail flip, and 17 short sales.
