I developed a simplified data collection and reporting system to track our six diverse funding streams. Funding ranged from federal and state governmental agencies to private endowments supporting individuals unable to otherwise access employment services. Departmental funding grew to over $650K annually during my management. I frequently spoke on panels and conferences to share our best practices for obtaining employment for individuals with disabilities.
