I am involved with providing customers a good shopping experience as they look for the furniture they want to purchase. I assist with providing them necessary information. My customer service also extends while on delivery. I provide the customer information on how to fix or repair their furniture as well as show them how to build certain items of furniture. I also go out on service calls to field complaints or help fix what ever problems the customer may have.
