Develops and QAQC’es construction document milestones, coordinates civil, structural, MEP, and other consultants, researches complex code requirements, co-writes tenant guideline manuals, organizes client presentations and weekly OACs. Works closely with owner’s tenant coordinator and tenant engineers to develop cohesive drawings based on work letter agreements. Curated a 1.1 million dollar furniture package. Managed up to nine consultants, eleven colleagues, and maintains client rapport.
