Leading the Growth and Innovation teams. Our goal is to help our customers discover the latest products and services that enable modern diagnostics-driven care. To achieve this, we built a comprehensive telehealth experience and used it as a foundation for developing our weight management program. Additionally, we closely analyze the performance of high-velocity A/B tests to identify key site optimizations that have a significant impact.Introducing project forecasting metrics, building first Engineering Career Leveling Guide, and SMART Goal templates used across the department to help grow our engineers.Previously, managing the Backend Architecture team, where we focused on improving the development experience for our fellow developers. This involved keeping our gems up-to-date and refactoring legacy code systems to enhance performance, security, and maintainability. I also managed the Membership team, where we increased LTV by 33% by redesigning and rebuilding the entire experience to make it more user-friendly for our customers as well as reducing errors and improving system stability.

Leading the Directory, Collaboration, and Procore Construction Network (PCN) teams as part of the Growth group. Our team's focus is on building, maintaining, and improving user management and company collaboration features across the Procore platform. We are also working on establishing a relational structure to enhance cross-platform collaboration.
