I spend much of my time translating business requirements into our tool, defining new processes, and work on change management for organizations.I previously worked as a Project Manager in the military. I mentored, lead, and instructed teams through the process of Kaizen and DMAIC projects to create a more efficient and cost effective working environment within the Navy. I was also fortunate enough to instruct classes for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and certify 150+ students who also shared the passion for improving processes.I also work as an electrician on Avionics Components. I troubleshoot and repair a variety of technology including circuit cards, electric assemblies, and our test benches that simulate an Avionics System.My skills include: Leadership, Mentoring, Coaching, SAFe Agile, Scrum Master, Instructing, Lean, Six Sigma, Electronic Troubleshooting, AC/DC Systems, Avionics Systems, Microsoft Office.
