I was thrilled and humbled to be asked to be part of a team that collaborated, created and built a completely new entity within the hospitality spectrum. The four other accomplished partners, with whom I worked intensively, were top of their craft. As we built the foundation and intricate workings of the business model, our original vision and mission morphed and modified to hit the dynamics of the market parameters. The synergy and diversified intellectual properties brought by all created a rewarding learning curve. The things I learned about myself only served to reinforce my personal and positive work ethics. Reaffirmation, to whom one truly is, in essence, is an incredible experience. That being said, I'm (saddened) but also excited to announce that I am stepping back, as are two of the other partners, and passing the torch of growth for ToGather to the remaining partner. Hopes are for continued success in what we built and the future for which it holds.
