At 10 I won a National competition, my dream came true.The possibilities of constructing magical miniature builds are endless! With my resilience and passion, I went onto became the youngest Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE) in Wales for designing a range of awe-inspiring structures in the built environment. My leadership focus is all about working with and helping people tackle complex challenges with ideas and innovation, such as a millionth of a millimetre, millionth of a second or millionth of a gram.
