-Work with academic and cultural institutions in Georgia to develop proposals for grant recommendations, determine the goals for a grant, its activities, expected results, indicators of success and budget. Conduct grantee site visits (when feasible) as part of the grantee due diligence process and prepare an organizational assessment on the health of potential grantees.- Manage a grants portfolio, including annual grant planning, undertaking periodic reviews of progress with grantees, performing grantee site visits, reviewing financial and narrative reporting from grantees, and reviewing and approving grant status reports.-Demonstrate outstanding professional relations with external constituents and attend relevant conferences and events, serving as a substantive and reputable ambassador for The Halle Foundation.-Identify and collaborate, in accordance with The Halle Foundation’s strategic planning initiatives, with potential new grantees to assess suitability for future grant-funded programs and establish rapport.- Work with existing grantees to build and maintain a network of program alumni, developing a framework for periodic communication and future event invitations.-Plan and host approximately 40 events per year for program participants, alumni, and Halle Foundation affiliated organizations at the Halle Estate.
