This project eliminated 20% of store support calls due to increased hardware reliability, reduced network downtime and a standardized operating environment.• In 2009, as project manager over the IT and electrical aspects of an in-house photo studio construction project, exceeded expectations by completing the project early and within budget. Through efficient project management, diligent oversight and strategic use of existing company resources, saved the company over $5000.00 in projected vendor costs.
