We sold Tacklemania in 2010 and since then have focused on our core skills:eCommerce------------------We started and have aggressively grown our online costume retail business http://www.costumes.com.au consistently over 90%+ per annum for 5 years straight.ReadytoShip.com.au------------------------------We built and sell our 'software as a service' product that integrates web stores and eBay accounts to carriers like eParcel, Toll and more. ReadytoShip continues to grow and today boasts a large customer base in Australia.I have great experience in all aspects of starting, growing and running eCommerce business of different models. From importing and exporting through to online marketing with AdWords, comparison shopping, SEO and multichannel platforms like eBayI am also the author of the Australian version of 'Making Money on eBay for Dummies' and am a reasonably regular speaker at online retail conferences and seminars on topics such as Multi channel retailing, online freight/logistics, online marketing and more.In 2015 and 2016 I was honoured to be included in "Inside Retail's Top 50 People in e-Commerce" and in 2016 awarded the individual Excellence Award at the RetailGlobal Internet Conference.
