My duties included reporting to the general and deputy managers and keeping up to date with the latest information in order to keep the store running optimally.Managing the time and responsibilities of thirteen employees. Overseeing the opening and closing of the store, completing full safety checks and making sure fire exits and alarms are unobscured and safe to use in the event of an emergency.Performing daily counts of the registers and ensure the tills and cash safes are 'floated' for the next day. Manage the shop's inventory and make sure orders and deliveries are fulfilled in a timely manner.

My role required me to man the tills and handle cash, provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries. I would also stock the aisles, working efficiently and safely to ensure the store looked presentable and ran smoothly.

I was responsible for tasks like vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, washing dishes, changing bed linens and more. More specifically focussed on areas including Accident & Emergency, Wards andTheatres. These tasks were required to be completed near high-risk patients and vulnerable people, therefore safety measures and procedures were of the utmost priority for me.

I assisted a film crew with filming Margates Dreamland theme park, including static and panning shots of the environment and 'Vox Pop' interviews with the public.

Assigned to the assembly of electrical equipment including cameras, microphones, tripods and computers.
