Programmed a Raspberry PI Pico in C/C++ to sample an analog input from an electric field mill, record electric field voltages to an SD card module, and time stamp the data with an RTC. • Optimized the program to reduce errors when writing the sampled voltage at 20 times a second to the SD by reducing the number of time stamps.• Incorporated LEDs to diagnose specific errors to make trouble shooting easier when collecting data in the field when using a screen to see the serial monitor would be difficult in the sun.• Helped gather electric field data at a wind farm.
