I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Accounting at the Florida State University. It is surreal to experience FSU as a third generation student coming from a small town in Minnesota. My academic experience has not been a glorious path but, little by little I have been fortunate to achieve something that was merely a pipe dream.My professional experience is limited, yet, the opportunities in the accounting field has led me to be explorative and purposeful with my career. After graduation, my hopes are towards attaining the CPA and pursuing a career in Tax accounting. All the while, gaining the necessary knowledge and discipline to exceed the expectations.
