As an SPS Support analyst I fueled the growth of SPS' business by being a subject matter expert of the organization's technology stack, resolving customer issues, facilitating customer integrations, application deployments and whatever else was required. This was a position required an on call rotation and that I could be relied upon to be a jack-of-all-trades relied on to solve the new or unhandled problems that few others in the organization could. It was in this position that my teeth were cut on running code within unix, or windows server, my first foray into java (JRE), oracle business applications, postgres, sqlserver, mysql, perl, salesforce and more.

At UPS I managed a team of union employees through two peak periods while the facility was transitioning to new 3D Barcode technology. This saw increased safety and productivity increase while also enabling the team to change to a new status quo.
