-Conducts regular Department of Transportation compliance inspections for company vehicles.-Enforces safety standards for laborers and mechanics in compliance with OSHA ordinances.-Ensures that work spaces are OSHA compliant and makes necessary adjustments and alterations when needed.-Supervises daily operations of organization and employees.-Develops productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees based on historical data, new tools and technology, and employee feedback.-Supervises operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer service.-Educates operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.-Develops and maintains operational guidelines for staff.-Oversees operational cost, risk and audit activities.-Interviews, recruits, trains, and conducts performance evaluations, promotions and terminations.-Determines staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects.-Evaluates inspection reports and service tickets in order to prepare repair invoices.-Evaluates current operational strategies and recommends improvements.-Generates operational reports for management to determine future best practices.
