All kitchen staffed cycled positions, prep, dishes, 1st cook, 2nd cook, 3rd cook, open and closing the kitchen. I did various irregular cleaning like vent ducts, under/behind/inside/outside of grills, stoves, fridges and ovens.

I was trained in all positions. Opening and closing front of house including drive through. All positions in the kitchen, opening, closing, prep, grill, deep fryers and the sandwich assembly line. All positions includes restocking dry/cold storage and meticulous cleaning throughout the day and disassembling machines for cleaning after close.
