I am currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 6 years of experience working in the field of psychology, 5 years in ABA , and 2 years as a BCBA. this experience predominately has involved working with Pediatrics diagnoses with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), as well as a number of comorbid diagnosis. With this population I have been successful in reducing problem behaviors, removing behavioral barriers, and teaching new skills. This has in turn allowed my clients to access things in their environment, advocate for themselves, and have successful family and social relationships. As part of their care I have also worked with a variety of families with a wide range of ethnic and religious backgrounds so that the family also sees a lasting change inside of their home for their family.ABA is a field that truly embodies the saying "It takes a village", and to build that village it takes a strong foundation. As such I have worked closely with families, SLPs, OTs, PTs, BTs, RBTS, BCBA candidates, and even fresh BCBAs to help guide and hone their skills to better serve those we work with. It has been through this collaboration that I have also seen the greatest success and indicators of long lasting changes.
