I am a diligent and proactive individual with experience in guiding young adults from various different backgrounds and helping them to overcome their personal obstacles to achieve their goals and unlock their potential. I am able to connect with children and young people from different community groups and varied socio-economic backgrounds. I am currently seeking a new and challenging role to further the skills and experience earned. I have extensive experience in the third sector, where I have developed a deep understanding of performance, stakeholders and building and maintaining partnerships. During my degree, I gained a keen eye for detail, due to heavy demands of assignments and research, enabling me to work well under pressure and think critically.
