At Cheryl's Cookies/1-800-Flowers in Obetz, OH, I was the supervisor of the Gift Production and Assembly dept. It was my duty to drive the production. I was responsible for all associate coaching, disciplinary action, KPI/UPH tracking for the 2nd shift GP team. I developed a new associate training plan, made product flow/ floor design adjustments, and revised our per-job UPH rates. These accomplishments helped pave the way for 1-800-flowers to have their highest output over the course of a peak season during the 2021 holiday season.

At the Eddie Bauer DC, I was an Operations supervisor. I held this position in multiple departments. started in reserve, where I oversaw the process of full case picking for both active replenishment and retail pack. I then moved into Backstock, where I held the same position. The process here was similar to reserve, but the picking was done via Stacker cranes. I also spent time as an OS for active picking and inventory. I played a vital part in leading the semi-annual cycle count/inventory corrections for the duration of my time with PSEB. I also led the version update implementation for WMI from an operations standpoint. This included extensive UAT testing and all associate training from project phase to go-live.
