As Senior Manager, Digital Services I manage our three person Digital Services team working to curate, optimize and create a cohesive and user focused experience for our digital platforms including NAMI.org.

As Web Production Manager I manage day-to-day web operations for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) national website. I also act as the main point of contact for scheduling of the organization’s nationwide email and alliance based field communications.- Developed and coordinate a cross departmental, company wide audit of web content - Designed and developed the CEO Alliance for Mental Health and NAMI x Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority Inc. micro sites as well as support other sites as needed- Assisted in the replatform of the public website from the Kentico CMS to WordPress- Successfully transitioned and revamped the organization email scheduling to the Asana platform- Assist in onboarding and supporting internal teams in email management through MailChimp

As Systems Support Tech I lead cataloging of materials for our five branch library system and was in charge of maintaining and troubleshooting our integrated library system (ILS) and public facing online catalog.- Developed an automation process to significantly speed up the importing of material records- Enhanced the Online Patron Access Catalog to increase usability and match library brand standards- Served on the Web Development Team that redesigned and launched the brand new library website as well as the Friends of the Citrus County Library website- Redesigned and managed the library monthly newsletter communication
