I feel that an honest, straightforward attorney is an invaluable asset to any client that faces legal challenges. The ability to effectively communicate with others is also important in resolving most conflicts, and that is something that I keep in mind in all dealings. Many conflicts can be resolved by simply keeping the channels of communication clear and keeping expectations realistic.In addition, I am a rule 31 Listed Mediator and truly enjoy the challenge of trying to facilitate the resolution of other people's conflicts. This involves all aspects of discovery, expert depositions, etc. I also consult with and advise clients on various matters not involving direct litigation.I have extensive experience in personal injury and wrongful death litigation, in areas ranging from automobile and commercial trucking accidents to premises liability and products liability, and other areas in between. I also have years of experience in professional liability, insurance coverage, and workers' compensation.
