Reviews, updates, validates and authors Cybersecurity procedures (SOPs) as required.• Serve as a Lead Analyst and manage Cyber Analyst who work for the Navy Authorization Official (NAO). • Provides monitoring, and analysis of laptop, workstation, server and network audit logs.• Ensures AV is properly deployed and current signatures are implemented across the laptops, ​ workstations and servers.• Monitors, reviews and reports on data restoration capabilities.• Familiar with HBSS and ACAS from compliance and reporting perspective.• VRAM management on unclassified and classified networks (two security domains).• Create, implement and maintain system baselines in respects to RMF.• Provide Cybersecurity analysis, engineering, and C&A/A&A support in accordance with DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Risk Management Framework (RMF), or Platform Information Technology (PIT) methodologies.• Prepare Certification and Accreditation/Assessment and Authorization documentation packages in with DIACAP, NIST, RMF, or PIT methodologies.• Support local infrastructure / lab cyber security analysis in support of Certification and Accreditation/Assessment and Authorization.

Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.• Serve as a Lead Analyst.• Review and evaluate new technologies while paying attention to detail, and provide great customer service while creating tickets and responding to clients.• Conduct Cybersecurity Training to Cyber teams and stakeholders.• Ticketing events of interest and assessing threat levels found within spam folders and network packets.• Conduct cyber threat analysis and incidents with cybersecurity tools such as FireEye, Bluecoat (Solara), Splunk, Macafee email suites, and STIGS.• Adhere to RMF strategies and compliance with NIST 800 53.• Navigate with Linux/Unix and Windows machines along with PCAP analysis.• Utilize Wireshark and various scanning tools to monitor network security.• Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators. setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space.• Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products.• Protecting an enterprise network with a team of cybersecurity and network professionals.• Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery. ​
