Along with a team, I was able to do market research for an entrepreneurial start up company named Gro Your Greens. I researched and was able to provide my client with the data needed to make efficient choices in this new market they are breaking into. The microgreens tray is a niche market in the world of gardening. Through local market research that included financial costs, supplier availability, product demand, and competitor strength, I was able to give the client the data and information needed to begin growing their business plan to focus on growing their consumer base.

My job duties are to referee children’s games, ages 6-14 years old. While officiating I am constantly coaching the kids reminding them of the rules while complimenting them when they put forth the effort and are successful. I do this to build up their confidence, and to help them learn to love the sport and physical exercise. I am proud and humbled to say that I have had many children, parents, and other observers thank me for going above and beyond my job description of just officiating a game. I find great satisfaction in teaching and brightening a child’s day.

I was sent to Colorado to proselyte and provide service for the local communities. These two years consisted of a rigorous schedule which left little time for leisure and personal comforts. All my time was focused on providing a service to others. During this time I served in leadership positions in which I oversaw groups as large as thirty individuals. I also personally trained two individuals for a period of twelve weeks each. These experiences have taught me discipline and leadership.

Operating the concessions counter was an amenity that allowed me to help enhance the patrons overall experience at Shute Park Aquatic Center. This was accomplished by providing affordable food and beverages in a clean relaxing environment. I was always quick to fill an order, and always kept the concessions counter clean and orderly.

I helped patrons to have an exciting and enjoyable experience using all of the aquatic centers amenities. All while enforcing pool policies in order to maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment.
