Co-captains provide both leadership of the team and organization of activities.Sport leadership responsibilities include organizing practices, running drills, solving inter-player conflict, teaching rules and strategy of the game.Logistical responsibilities include participation in team leadership meetings, attending student organization training, drafting budgets, completing liability paperwork, and contacting other teams/organizations to participate in tournaments and off-campus practices.
