I'm in a growth phase in my career. Going back to school at 30, my goal was to create opportunities to steer myself toward sport. I was an elite athlete who learned the game of softball from an aeronautical engineer, so my core understanding of how the physics of the game work offers a biomechanical edge to coaching, especially with the added foundation of evidence-based physiological and psychological coaching. My multidisciplinary approach is coupled with a clear and direct coaching style that distills all of the high-level stuff into just what an athlete needs to hear to stay locked in. My next move is to high performance. Research, innovation, training, and development have been where I've felt most dedicated in my career to date. It's time to bring them together with sport.
