About Nathaniel Gonzalez

The work I love to do is rooted in working with organizations and groups in their most trying moments with rigor and compassion. This often takes the shape of organizational development interventions ranging from conflict mediation to program assessment to strategic planning. The "what" of that work is built from a process consultation approach. I have 16 years experience designing and implementing quality community and employee forward interventions alongside 11 years of change management and leadership coaching experience. My work includes bringing a political education or professional development approach to any intervention so that participants & constituents feel as if they can make informed decisions in their workplaces or political homes. I have previous in-house experience as a Program Director, Operations Director, Executive Director, and most recently Interim Deputy Director with NPOs focused on social justice, Black + People of Color Issues, Queer and Trans peoples, community building, harm-reduction, wellness, and mental health. Outside of consulting, I am a community based bodyworker specializing in body-positive yoga instruction, Reiki, and full spectrum doula support.
