CurrentEnsure the security, reliability, and performance of the 8500 user DHS network. In addition to primary role rotation, we are required to handle requests coming in through email, instant message, and telephone, Additionally, II manage the daily reports, using Javelina ADToolkit, and create one-off reports when needed. The weekly rotation of duties is as follows:Tier 1: Monitoring all logged trouble calls, resolving when appropriate, performing additional troubleshooting when necessary, and assigning the ticket to the appropriate support group if needed. Password resets and unlocks. Gateway: Processing forms for all new user accounts, changes to accounts, disabling/deletion of accounts, and access to different systems. This includes creating and updating Active Directory users, email, MS Lync, billing codes, network and file securities, home directories, and logon scripts.Monitoring Admins Email Inbox: Monitoring the DHS.Admins@dhs.arkansas.gov email inbox and handling all requests received therein, including requests from Application Developers and DBAs concerning file securities on servers, creation and administration of security groups and distribution lists, automated requests from SharePoint, urgent requests from senior management and IT Security, requests for restores from backup, etc.Daily Reports: Processing reports, checking for discrepancies or issues with accounts, groups, and computers, including billing codes, criteria based groups, organizational units and containers, inactive users and computers, empty security groups, etc. Tier 3: Manages tickets escalated from Tier 1 or Tier 2, manages the PXE collections and duplicate computers in SCCM, creation of Unified Messaging users, changing the password on any service accounts that are due to expire.
