As a Manufacturing Engineer, I am responsible for the process and productivity of the Electronics Department and product lines. I focus on driving continuous improvement through Kaizen as a way of life to drive key metrics such as safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Utilizing the Problem Solving Process, I drive to root cause to solve production issues to drive sustainable improvements in production. This includes both rapid response to production down situations, and longer term projects to improve safety, quality, and productivity metrics for our associates and business. As an Area Manager, I manage our new 2nd generation Servo-Drive product line to ensure on time delivery of key motion solutions to our customers.
