Was responsible for organizing, coordinating, and managing zero waste programs for Pack Athletics, with a special focus on men's football and men's/women's soccer. Assisted with game day preparations in office and offsite.

Spent a summer interning for the Department of Environmental Quality through the Division of Marine Fisheries in the Outer Banks. Worked alongside marine biologists, environmental technicians, and fisheries technicians in their day to day work schedule. Gained field experience with gill net surveys, long-line surveys, tagging programs, juvenile fish trawls, and fish house sampling. Gained office experience revising scientific reports, organizing spreadsheets, and coding sampling data.

Created videos for the College of Natural Resources Communication Department at North Carolina State University. Filmed different events including field labs and open houses and edited them using Adobe Premiere Pro.

Spent a summer working with AmeriCorps and the North Carolina Youth Conservation Corps. Renovated the Upper Falls and Chimney View trails. Led the crew as a co-leader on several occasions. Took part in a leadership development curriculum. Presented to the Conservation Trust for North Carolina Board.
