In addition to the experience and training Mr. Haskins received at Ryan, he also received training from the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals, the Appraisal Institute, and the Appraisal for Ad Valorem Taxation of Communications, Energy, and Transportation Properties.
