• Manage overall governance of all vendors operating in the infrastructure space.• Contribute to long range planning and budget discussions.• Establish performance parameters and guiding principles for vendor delivery of products and/or services in support of business goals • Work with the appropriate internal organizations to construct performance-based, accountability-driven vendor/business partner agreements, monitoring vendor performance to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements, and facilitating corrective action regarding performance issues to resolution with the vendor and impacted IT/business teams.• Participate in systems and services outage and incident recovery.• Manage the creation and maintenance of an effective Disaster Recovery Plan for all company data processing, networking and telecommunications platforms.• Support corporate and remote data centers.• Develop and maintain policies and procedures as they relate to infrastructure support and regulatory controls.• Provide escalation paths within IT and vendor staffs; managing and developing assigned staff including coaching/mentoring and performance management. • Plan and prioritize team workloads to meet deadlines, while managing and reporting the status on multiple priorities and deadlines.• Deliver IT services provided by contracted suppliers.• Develop and maintain the relationship with the contracted suppliers.

Serve on the leadership team in developing the strategic plan for Chart’s global IT infrastructure and security controls. This includes budget forecasting, resource procurement, staffing decisions, merger integration and system/application implementations to align our strategic plans to the company mission. Accountable for the maturity and enterprise-wide operation of all servers, workstations, telecommunications, and risk management program.• Manage a global team who includes 3 senior architects, 2 consultants and 15 site administrators who architect, implement and administer the IT infrastructure and security used enterprise-wide across 43 locations.• Responsible for the overall IT server strategy, administer OPEX & CAPEX, management of a 7x24 network operations center, enterprise-wide infrastructure, cloud services and communications to JD Edwards One World.• Continued effort to improve Chart’s IT standards, services and security stance through training, data compliance (SOX, HIPAA, IT governance and medical supplier requirements), implementation of ITIL based change management and operational metrics.

• Led an Infrastructure Team including 4 senior architects and 10 site administrators at remote locations, Administer OPEX & CAPEX, Mission Critical Applications for Global Operations, Technical/Business System Implementation, Monitoring, Service Desk Incident Management, Capacity Management, Security, Disaster Recovery Planning, Data/Voice Networks/Contracts and Budget Management.• Provide daily support for all equipment at Global Network Operations Center, World Headquarters and throughout the Enterprise including Servers and Workstations, Storage, Backup/Restore and Enterprise Messaging and Communications.• Enforce data compliance for SOX, HIPAA, IT Governance and ITAR U.S. Government Military Supplier Security Requirements.

• Led an Infrastructure Team including IT team (4) comprised of Server Engineers, Technical Support and Help Desk personnel while providing hands-on expertise.• Responsible for the overall corporate-wide INF IT strategy, management of a 7x24 network operations center, enterprise-wide infrastructure, servers, telecommunications including a national call center and JD Edwards One World at facilities in United States, Canada and Mexico.
