I am a dedicated remote outpatient therapist specializing in supporting adults and couples across all ages in navigating challenges such as anxiety (GAD, SAD), mood disorders, grief, ADHD, adult behavioral concerns, life transitions, end of life concerns, coping skills, school issues, family dynamics, self-esteem, communication, stress, trauma, and PTSD. Prior to this, I spent two years as a school counselor, providing targeted classroom interventions for pediatric populations facing similar concerns.My passion lies in helping individuals of all ages build resilience and develop adaptive strategies to thrive in a complex world. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a trauma focus and am actively pursuing licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).In addition to my clinical experience, I bring a strong background in education, having taught Psychology 101 at Fisher College and worked as a science instructor for grades 6–12 in Oklahoma and NYC. I firmly believe that diverse perspectives and unique minds are essential for creating a thriving and innovative world.
