Leading PMO Intake process – providing upstream stakeholders, that require RME support, with a single-entry point for project ingestion and a standardized project governance model (leveraging Asana) across all Central RME teams. Currently tracking >350 distinct programs in RME network for 2023/24. Leading PMO communications, MBR reporting to Central RME leadership and data metric standardization initiatives.

Coordinated RME launch activities at Amazon Sort Center sites – ZAZ8, BHX8, DTM9, MUC7, LEJ7, KSF7 – including IOQ (Installation & Operational Qualification), MHE turnover & Facility handover. Collaborated with Global design teams & MHE vendors to validate Design for Maintenance Access. Further achievements:• Created ELM Global Dashboard in Quicksight to automatically generate RME project metrics for WBR/MBR reporting, including Project Tracker, IOQ completion and Spare Parts inventory data.• ELM & RME training SME – introduced skills matrices to ELM and RME field, ran weekly ELM training sessions and established 5 online training curriculums to support newly hired RME teams’ ramp-up at Launch sites.

Principle engineer for next-generation Nissan Qashqai body and exterior parts design, including BIW metal, exterior trim, closures & glazing. Responsibilities included:• Design collaboration and handover from Nissan Japan• Project managing body and exterior component development KPIs• Practicing design validation & quality tools – GD&T, DFMEA, DRBFM, 8D, 5Why, LLR etc.• BOM & CAD drawing release (using NX & Teamcenter)• Parts & tooling cost control – implemented new Cost analysis process for BIW parts• Managing Project engineers, outsourced work to Nissan India and suppliers

Co-ordinated multi-discipline R&D teams to deliver vehicle projects to SOP on schedule, to target quality & performance and within budget. Projects completed included Nissan Leaf (MY18), Nissan Micra (MY17) and Infiniti Q30 (MY16), to various Nissan & Renault plants in Europe. Responsibilities included:• Project scheduling and new Project planning for product / regulation change• Managing Project gateway meetings – reporting KPIs to Executives• Creating Project spec. documents, including writing Project Contracts• Chairman of the Alliance technical committee between Nissan & Daimler• Team lead for Nissan Leaf TdC management & initiating cost reduction activities• Pilot for Infiniti Q30 warranty concern resolution team after SOS, achieving 12MIS target• Implementing PMO process improvements, including a new Project budget setting tool• Managing contract & graduate Project engineersReceived Nissan's Extra Mile Award for successfully leading the R&D team sent to Japan to oversee Infiniti Q30 development.

2-year Graduate scheme, including placements in Project Management, Body Design and Vehicle Test Management. Managed Quality concern resolution during pre-production trials and monitored vehicle cost until SOP. Projects completed included Nissan Leaf (MY13) and Nissan Note (MY14).

• Design & simulation of a hydraulic ERS system for club-level motorsport.• Computational Fluid Dynamic analysis of racing car wing setup for optimized aero efficiency.• FEA study to validate the minimum design requirements for Formula Ford safety roll hoop.• F1 V6 engine exhaust geometry & valve timing optimisation study using AVL software.

Created engaging experiences for visitors, with emphasis on promoting the annual membership in order to raise the necessary revenues for the maintenance of Agatha Christie’s former home.
