I am a Doctoral student in developmental Psychology at Simon Fraser University (SFU), British Columbia, Canada. I hold a Master of Science in Psychology degree from Trent University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Honours degree from Western University. My research focuses are mindfulness and contemplative practices. More specifically, I currently examine the lifespan development of mindfulness mindfulness in the family as well as the outcomes of mindful parenting. I work under the supervision of Dr. Hali Kil in the All Families lab at SFU and am leading a number of research projects in the lab.
