As the Agropastoralist Programme Manager, I oversee the implementation and monitoring of the PASCO project across the Cameroon/Nigeria/Chad cross-border territories. My responsibilities include planning and supervising project activities in collaboration with municipalities and partner Civil Society Organizations. I facilitate communication and reporting among stakeholders, develop partnerships with local authorities, and adapt project strategies based on contextual analysis. I support diagnostics of livestock marketing routes, ensure gender-sensitive targeting, and foster local community engagement. Additionally, I organize events to promote social cohesion, lead training on entrepreneurship within livestock value chains, and manage project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. My role also involves conducting field visits, documenting lessons learned, and participating in capacity-building initiatives for the project team.

I have supported the implementation and maintained effective and appropriate community engagement in all project activities thus (Livestock recapitalization, training, and supervising Nutrition clubs (established 100 Nutrition groups), VSLA (established 100 VSLA, register them as cooperatives society with Adamawa State Ministry of Poverty elevation) Agric. input support, Farmer Field School, support with seed and tools, IGA), capacity building (Training on Selection Planning and management (SPM) of IGA, Livestock management, Poultry management, Breastfeeding, cooking demonstration, in Project Communities of Song LGA of Adamawa State.Together with the Federal/State Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMARD), trained all participants in Livestock management and Agroecosystem analysis through Farmers Field School.Lead the identification of agricultural input needed in the communities.Lead in the distribution of agricultural input (seed and fertilizer to 6,500H across 15 villages).Facilitate the creation and supervision of 100 Village Savings and Loans Associations (VSLA) across 15 villages.Facilitate the formation and supervision of 100 Health and Nutrition Clubs in 15 villages.Coordinated with private sector partnerships to organize and implement Mentorship Program activities.Monitor deliverables of consultants involved in this project’s assignments to ensure that they are timely completed according to the consultancy’s agreement.Lead and support partners on the development of resilience, livelihoods, and climate change funding proposals.Based on the project activities, plans, and donor reporting requirements, implemented the system for capturing and documenting data and relevant information on project activities, beneficiaries, outputs, outcomes, and impacts, which is valid and reliable information.
