● Responsible for the upkeep of a medium scale enterprise network spanning over three classifications including over 500 user profiles, 75 Windows & Linux assets and 3 EXSI virtual servers with 39 virtual hosts.
● Conducted weekly vulnerability scans and patch management in compliance with Dept. of Defense, maintaining a Remedy Available Vulnerability per Asset score below 3.0
● Performed daily checks, updates, and fixes for ESS for over 700 days. Completed over 500 Stigs on ESS host, EPO Console and SQL server 2019 to achieve cyber readiness inspection rating of low risk. Wrote several Cyber Security Documentation such as SQL security plan.
● Logged over 2,400 hours troubleshooting Windows, Linux and other Information System issues including, but not limited to, ADUC, GPO, Services/Processes, DNS, DHCP, Vmware Servers and workstations, security stigs and Connection issues.
● Maintained a 210TB NAS that hosted VMware's datastore, etc. by performing monthly software, firmware, and security updates with no down time, as well as regular time synchronization, log maintenance, network connection and several other problem remedies.
● Maintained full network connectivity of both LAN & WAN connections with a mean time to repair of 90 minutes. Hundreds of hours troubleshooting issues including firewall ACLs, RADIUS, cables, port security, VLAN and many more.
