● Maintained a 210TB NAS that hosted VMware's datastore, etc. by performing monthly software, firmware, and security updates with no down time, as well as regular time synchronization, log maintenance, network connection and several other problem remedies.
● Maintained full network connectivity of both LAN & WAN connections with a mean time to repair of 90 minutes. Hundreds of hours troubleshooting issues including firewall ACLs, RADIUS, cables, port security, VLAN and many more.
