This was a life-changing experience and taught me patience as well as predictive analysis. I worked as a therapist for young children with autism. My highlight in this job was I asked the project manager of a young kid I was working with to start to learn math. She said she doesn’t oppose, but would be very surprised if I managed to make it happen. I worked with him 3 times a week and through much hardship and a very roller coaster experience, I managed to teach him basic math and it was a very bonding and rewarding experience for both of us.

This was my final location for selling women's shoes and was the best of both worlds. The money was similar to Von Maur but the sales approach was much more relaxed. A perfect mesh between the 2 sales environments I was in before.

I had a mentor in the suit department that advised me to think about going to the women's shoes department because I had a drive and hustle. I took his advice and never went back. They knew I was a hard worker and granted me the position in women's shoes and just like that I was making double the money I ever made before. This was a very different, more independent environment. Less rules and regulations but these position qualities gave me a strong foundation for work accountability, due to strictly commission pay, and overall personable selling techniques that will inevitably help me throughout my career. -
