Call Center Ops Transformation: Devised solutions to address the forecasting, capacity planning, and vendor capacity purchasing model for call center operations, ultimately reducing contacts with predictive modeling of contacts following customer interaction events.Bill Credit Adjustments: Collaborated cross functionally to identify problems related to bill credit adjustments and associated customer-care interactions.Fiber Qualification Error Rate: Designed and implemented an experiment to measure the rate of error in address qualification for purchase-oriented customer website visits.Connected Communities Cross Channel Strategy: Developed a data-driven cross channel sales strategy incorporating several data sources to develop a scoring system for MDU properties based on proprietary factors to rank sales opportunity and generate leads for local partners. Viewership Behavior Segmentation: Developed and described new independent customer segments based on viewership behavior generated on metadata from DirecTV set-top box measurement system.

Serving as a contributing member of a data insights delivery team, provided modeling and analysis for AT&T’s Home Solutions Marketing organization. Delivered projects projected to provide $800M in future revenues.Directed a variety of key projects, including:Red Islands Extended previous efforts to identify serviceable residents without qualifying addresses. New Fiber Neighborhood Adoption Model: Developed a model for predicting the adoption of AT&T Fiber in new deployments based on prior deployments with similar characteristics.
