I am very efficient in writing menus for the U.S. Army, which I am responsible for testing the product for taste, including but not limited to working in the kitchen lab to receive and analyze the product ingredients.In my job, I take the initiative to make sure the product meets the demands of the customer from the start of the product until it reaches the finished product.I also accept the responsibility of attending seminars to ensure that I am well-versed in all aspects of the job which pertain to perform O.J.T. I want the personnel to transform the product into an efficient product.As I stated before, I am a very enthusiastic and well-disciplined person who is motivated by achieving results in the organization. In the U.S. Army, I achieved the rank of Master Sergeant, accomplished my goal of being the best I could be, and inspired others to follow and become professionals in the food service field.
