System Design and Architecture:• Lead the design and architecture of the laser marking software system and machine vision, ensuring it meets the project requirements.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, to define the software-hardware interface.Software Development:• Develop and maintain the software components of the laser marking system and machine vision.• Implement features for laser control, user interface, data processing, and communication with other systems.• Proficient and has extensive knowledge in developing customized laser marking system using SDK (JCZ EZCAD and SCAPS Samlight) that enables development of complex algorithms for laser marking which may include image processing, text rendering or barcode generation. This is crucial for electronics industry for achieving precise and unique marking results in their products and services.User Interface (UI) Design:• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces for controlling and monitoring the laser marking process.• Ensure a responsive and intuitive user experience.Testing and Quality Assurance:• Establish testing procedures and conduct extensive testing to ensure the system's reliability and accuracy.• Debug and resolve software-related issues and optimize performance.• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and updates to the software to address issues, enhance features, and improve performance.

• Responsible for solving issues regarding barcode printers, mobile computers and barcode scanners. • Conduct technical demonstration of IT products and services to end user and IT people of the company• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on-site /offsite • Responsible for technical training on software barcode systems and hardware applications• Responsible for quality assurance of barcode printers, mobile computers and scanners • Provide specific barcode related solutions to the client • Provide technical and software support to customer over the phone and via email• Installation and updating of operating system of Mobile computers ( Motorola Windows CE)• Responsible for resolving network related problems (LAN and Wireless network)• Responsible for installation, configuration, adding user accounts of computer systems. (Windows 7, XP, Windows 8)• Develop in house application using Microsoft Visual Studio C# and Microsoft SQL Server 2008
