From RB15 to RB16B, I designed tooling and jigs for brake duct composite components. In addition, I designed and developed various suspension gaiters, electrical housings, and brake duct components.

Founded my own Green power F24+ racing team competing in a competition that allows students to race their own single seater electric car, all running the same motor and batteries. I designed and built 3 complete cars in college, university and privately. Ranged from a a simple fibreglass sandwich chassis and correx bodywork to a complex CFRP monocoque.

Composite role within Suspension & Driver Controls designing, developing and tooling front and rear brake ducts components, suspension gaiters, electrical boxes and any other necessary design work.

Part time role around academic work. Assembled high quality trike components in a time sensitive production environment. Designed and built a number of jigs to improve production and quality control. Developed a strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
