As an Information Technology Supervisor at Divurgent, I lead a team of 14 individuals to provide IT solutions for healthcare organizations. I have successfully managed projects such as reimaging 3,500 computers, configuring 455 printers, and providing end-user support. I have utilized my organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to complete project goals ahead of schedule and ensure customer satisfaction.I am also a GEOINT Analyst at the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, where I use my geospatial intelligence analysis skills to review satellite imagery and create products for disaster relief missions. I have completed the Coast Guard Intelligence Collector's course and exercised in HUMINT collection for real-world scenarios. I have prepared and presented briefs to senior Coast Guard personnel using ArcGIS and Python scripting tools.I have a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from George Mason University, where I developed my analytical and communication skills. I am interested in pursuing a career in the federal government, where I can apply my IT and military experience to enhance national interests abroad through diplomacy, policy building, and relationship building.
