I did various jobs starting in the Maintenance side and quickly moving into the admin roles, which led me towards management. I turned around 5 properties while working in this career field. My focus was on customer service and running a steady well rounded team that actually cared about the property and the residents.

As a lead Electrician, I was responsible for executing a vast variety of projects that typically included more than Electrical work, with the primary focus of safety along with doing it right the first time. I also assisted in managing other team members on projects to ensure that the project was being completed on time and done correctly.
