I provide support in the development and delivery of projects and programmes in the Sport, Culture &heritage, taking a lead as required, this including the following: - Support the service in delivering activities which increase participation in culture/sport, including by thoseleast likely to participate, and which raise Coventry’s profile and increase economic impact.- Support the service in all aspects of the effective project and programme management of capitalschemes, and their related public-facing programmes. Organise and lead meetings, collate and writereports, maintain effective risk registers and contact databases, liaise effectively with colleaguespromoting related services to the public.- Lead in commissioning projects in the service, including issuing calls and managing a portfolio ofgrant funded activities, and related stakeholder engagement as appropriate, in accordance with agreedplans.- Lead the collation and processing of applications and claims to funding bodies and project claims fromdelivery partners, providing advice to funded organisations and individuals as required.- Lead the development of monitoring systems to track and document expenditure, outputs, risk, issues etcfor revenue and capital projects and programmes. - Support governance structures in the service, including those applying to funded projects, grant schemesfor external applicants, corporate business processes and the management of strategic partnershipswithin the service.

Through cultural development programs, initiatives, and events.Our programs utilise the power of art and culture to positively impact the community. While engaging with young and old through our outreach projects.I have successfully planned and organised several projects, events, and programs. Worked with several partners from different sectors .I have also been required to crowdfund and apply for grants for different projects to aid the development of the Caribbean community in Coventry.Additionally, I have provided consultation to other cultural organisation; namely the West Indian Centre on youth participation and widening their membership.I have been invited to speak at several events that focus on cultural development, activism, and participation. This Includes the Labour Party, Warwick University Anti-Racism Committee and Aston University Law Society.

Global Warwickshire Collective (GWC) was a group consisting of scholars, activists and community engagement practitioners who have joined forces on a project which aims at recruiting local descendants of the Windrush Generation to act as “Decolonial Detectives”, digging deeper into inter-related hidden histories.The project was focused on uncovering the hidden histories written by British African Caribbean peoples in historic Warwickshire, including Coventry, Birmingham and the surrounding areas. The GWC mentored and trained descendants of the Windrush generations, as “Decolonial Detectives.” Through training and engagement, the intention of this project is to inspire community members to take more active ownership of and involvement in the production of our histories, and to challenge the exclusivity of historical scholarship in Britain. Together we worked towards decolonising the entangled “glocal” histories of Shakespeare’s county, Warwickshire.I lead and organised (voluntary) the launch events held at St Peter Church, Coventry, and the Birmingham Museum. I also mentored Decolonial Detectives, over a 10-month period; assisting them with research, proof reading and supported with presentations.

This included researching, identifying, and targeting specific groups to upsell to. Including local football teams, scouts, and cubs and other private companies. I exceed my target and was made senior with 9 months.My second role was Senior Commercial Sales Executive at Lancashire cricket club. I sold private boxes and VIP seating for England internationals at Old Trafford Cricket Ground. I also sold season tickets to Lancashire members.My third role was as Senior Sales Advisor to England Rugby League where I sold group packaging to numerous private companies, Trade Unions, and public sector organisations
