I support engineering and manufacturing by serving as a liaison between the departments.I was responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and resolving engineering related production issues. I expedited critical path issues reduce impact to schedules. I determined what issues can be resolved independently or if designer and or customer approval is required. Marks up control drawings based on changes made during production.

I trained all new electricians coming into the company and evaluated their performance and growth in different time intervals.

I worked as the General Manager for Mountain Entertainment for about 4.5 years. I managed day to day operations, stock orders, paid and sent invoices, and worked on movie theater projector and arcade games.
